We are seeking Assoc. BioServices Project Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories at Durham, NC.

Job Summary:
Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers while overseeing the successful execution of bioanalytical projects. Drive project delivery across method development, validation, and sample analysis by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and maintaining strong client communication.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead bioanalytical projects through method development, validation, and sample analysis
  • Partner closely with scientific teams, technical writing, and quality control to keep projects on schedule
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and resolve sample discrepancies and project issues
  • Schedule and forecast work based on client-driven timelines and laboratory capacity
  • Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and alert management to potential risks
  • Coordinate customer visits and support external presentations and other customer-facing activities
  • Manage project scope and associated budget, and collaborate with business development on quoting
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is preferred
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GLP, GCP)
  • Knowledge of bioanalysis (e.g., PK, ADA, Nab, biomarker, LCMS) from method development through validation to sample analysis is preferred
  • Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,000.00 - $129,100.00.
