Key Responsibilities
Forecasting & Planning
  • Support the Forecasting, and long-range planning process as it relates to in-line business needs, business development, and launch planning.
  • Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to inform strategic decisions.

Incentive Compensation, Analytics & Reporting
  • Manage 3rd party vendor support in building and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, sales performance, Channel/Distribution and market access metrics.
  • Develop Field Incentive Compensation plans including goal setting.
  • Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership through clear, concise presentations and reports.

Data Management & Infrastructure
  • Oversee data warehouse architecture, data management and ensure data integrity across multiple sources.
  • Implement best practices for data governance and compliance with regulatory standards.

Market Access Analytics & Insights
  • Collaborate with pricing analyses and support GPO/Specialty Pharmacy strategy.
  • Provide analytics to optimize reimbursement and access strategies across markets.
  • Support primary and secondary market research projects to assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and patient needs.
  • Manage and analyze syndicated data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo) and claims-level data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create, analyze and present monthly and quarterly business reviews to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Medical Affairs to align analytics with business objectives.
  • Lead ad-hoc analyses for strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.
  • Analytical lead across commercial operation team as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated Expertise in forecasting, market research, Microsoft Suite, M365 Copilot and data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry data sets, sources, and related operational infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with data warehouse management and data governance best practices.
  • Understanding of Data Sets: 867, 852, Specialty Pharmacy, Longitudinal Claims Data, and Market Research.
  • Vendor management experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or certification in statistics/advanced analytics
  • Experience with AI tools
