About the Role:

The Clinic Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of a healthcare clinic, directly impacting patient care quality and staff performance. This position requires overseeing daily administrative and clinical functions, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Clinic Manager acts as a liaison between medical staff, patients, and external partners to foster a collaborative and patient-centered environment. They are responsible for implementing policies and procedures that enhance operational workflows and improve patient satisfaction. Ultimately, the Clinic Manager ensures that the clinic meets its strategic goals while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and compliant healthcare setting.

Minimum Qualifications:
