3.0 Position Summary

Enters, revises and/or combines materials such as research samples, numerical data, laboratory record logs and preformatted data retrieval information. Creates data directories/sub directories for file and report generation retrieval purposes. Maintains paper and/or disk file of entered data.

4.0 Minimum Requirements

• Requires a H.S diploma (or equivalent) Excellent typing skills.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills (in person, email, and on the phone).

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Superior follow-up, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with various software; including Microsoft Office, Outlook.

• Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.


5.0 Fitness for Duty – Physical Demands
