Job description

Gateway Services, Inc. currently has a Transportation Scheduler/Billing Assistant position available with BPART Transportation. The Transportation Scheduler/Billing Assistant is a part-time position that will perform a combination of routine duties of answering calls and scheduling rides for riders, then preparing routes for drivers.

The Scheduler/Billing Assistant will need to analyze routes for efficiency and finalizing the routes. This position will also include assisting with billing logging, calculating and submitting BPART billing records. Applicants must possess a high school diploma/GED, be 18 years of age or older, and valid drivers license.
