Job description

Position Overview

Bellwood Psychology Group is on the lookout for dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) to join our growing team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to provide crucial mental health support to clients throughout Evans, Colorado, and beyond. We are committed to fostering an environment that prioritizes client care and clinician wellbeing.

About the Organization

At Bellwood Psychology Group, we prioritize authenticity and comprehensive therapeutic care. Our mission revolves around ensuring that all individuals have access to quality mental health services. We champion the principles of inclusivity, diversity, and respect, creating safe spaces for clients facing various challenges. As a member of our team, you will be supported by an experienced network of professionals dedicated to improving the overall mental health landscape in Colorado.

Work Environment

Our work environment is designed to be flexible and supportive. You will have the opportunity to choose your preferred working modelโ€”whether that is fully remote, on-site in our outpatient office, or a hybrid approach that suits your lifestyle. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a structure that allows you to manage your schedule while maintaining a rewarding caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to individuals, couples, and families using a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
  • Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailoring sessions to meet client needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and ongoing risk evaluations to ensure the safety and success of clientsโ€™ therapeutic journeys.
  • Develop, review, and modify individualized treatment plans based on clients' progress and therapeutic goals.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships by maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and fostering trust with clients.
  • Assist clients in navigating life transitions, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, and identity development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals managing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges. You will be instrumental in facilitating a supportive environment that empowers clients to overcome personal obstacles and achieve emotional wellness. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will enhance their therapeutic experience.

Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or an equivalent credential.
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience is preferred, although newly licensed individuals are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
  • Proficiency in treating various mental health issues, including mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and relational difficulties.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
  • A commitment to delivering inclusive, trauma-informed, and ethical care methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on client engagement.
  • Bilingual or multilingual clinicians are highly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse client base.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive annual compensation ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Flexible work structure: Choose your caseload and schedule.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off, including sick days and holiday leave.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match.
  • Access to Continuing Education Units (CEUs) reimbursement and opportunities for free or discounted training.
  • Regular clinical supervision and peer consultation for ongoing professional development.
  • Administrative and billing support to ensure you can focus solely on delivering quality care to your clients.
Career Growth Opportunities

At Bellwood Psychology Group, we are committed to your professional development. As a member of our team, you will have access to extensive resources, training, and mentorship programs to enhance your clinical skills and advance your career. We encourage you to bring your unique interests and specialties into your practice, shaping your career path in a supportive environment.

Why Join Our Team

By joining Bellwood Psychology Group, you will be part of a workplace that values clinician wellbeing as much as client care. We foster a culture of support, collaboration, and respect. Your contributions will not only impact individual lives but also the broader community as we work together to break down barriers to mental health access.
