What Youll Do

  • Driver Dispatch & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned drivers. Dispatch loads, track progress, communicate updates, and keep drivers supported throughout their day.
  • Load Booking & Rate Negotiation: Source and book loads, negotiate rates, and build freight schedules that keep drivers productive and profitable.
  • Shipment Tracking & Communication: Monitor loads in transit, provide status updates, and keep brokers and customers informed from pickup through delivery.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle delays, detention, accessorials, breakdowns, and changing customer needs quickly and professionally.
  • Documentation & Systems: Use company TMS and dispatch software to manage loads, capture required information, and keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Drivers, Brokers, Customers, Safety, Accounting, Marketing, and Leadership to resolve operational and billing-related issues.
  • Process Improvement: Drive improvements to dispatch processes, communication standards, and coordination best practices as the company continues to grow.


What You Bring

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
  • 2+ years of office work experience Required (logistics a plus!)
  • Great attitude, honesty, and strong communication & people skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Confident under pressure thrives on action
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
