We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to be a vital part of our fast-paced freight forwarding and logistics team in Commerce, CA. If you thrive on providing top-tier service and have a passion for connecting with people, this is your chance to shine.

Pay: $18-20/hr | Job Type: Full-time, Onsite | Location: Commerce, CA | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

As a key player on our team, you'll be on the front lines, helping our diverse clients navigate the complexities of global logistics. You won't just be answering callsโ€”you'll be a problem-solver, a trusted advisor, and a crucial link that ensures our clients' shipments arrive on time and without a hitch. Your ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish will be essential in building strong, lasting relationships.
