  • Pay: $19.00/hour starting
  • Training Start Dates: Tentatively July 27th or August 3rd
  • Location: Sandy Springs, GA
    • Must reside in the Atlanta metro area
    • Fully onsite position

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues via phone, chat, and email
  • Gather and document customer information accurately
  • Educate customers to reduce repeat contacts
  • Investigate and resolve complaints
  • Follow company policies while delivering excellent customer service
