PUROCLEAN OF PITTSBURGH is in search of our next team member! We are adding a MITIGATION TECHNICIAN to our ever-growing family. PuroClean maintains a high-performance culture and family-oriented culture.

We are growing at a very fast pace, so we are almost always hiring. Now, we need a key employee to join our team so we can continue to help new customers and clients!

Responsibilities:

  • Daily documentation of any type of communication, work performed, via photos and written through our software to staff and insurance carriers.
  • Ability to gain customers' trust and get the work signed by explaining our process, managing and answering all customers' questions.
  • 24/7 Emergency response at customers' requests, performing necessary tasks.
  • Work closely with the production team, office staff and supervisors.
  • Ensure client satisfaction. Always have the yes ma’am attitude we can help you with that.
  • Maintaining an orderly and organized work area
