About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Manager based in Colombia to own and drive Sales
Operations across the AMER region. In this role, you will serve as the strategic backbone of our
AMER sales organization, managing everything from pipeline reviews and forecasting to
territory planning, commission administration, and sales efficiency initiatives. You will partner
closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and
scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
• Own the end-to-end pipeline review cadence for AMER, ensuring data hygiene, stage
accuracy, and timely progression of deals.
• Drive weekly and monthly forecasting processes, partnering with sales leaders to deliver
accurate, data-driven revenue projections.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into
pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
Commissions & Incentive Compensation
• Administer and manage the AMER sales commission plans, including calculation,
dispute resolution, and payout coordination with Finance.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and refine incentive structures that drive desired
sales behaviors and outcomes.
• Ensure accurate and timely commission statements and reporting for all AMER quota-
carrying roles.
Territory Planning & Account Assignment
• Lead annual and mid-year territory planning exercises, balancing workload, market
opportunity, and strategic priorities.
• Define and maintain account segmentation models and assignment rules to maximize
coverage and minimize conflicts.
• Partner with sales leadership on go-to-market alignment and territory carve-outs for new
products or segments.
Sales Efficiency & Process Optimization
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements across
the AMER sales organization.
• Analyze sales productivity metrics (quota attainment, win rates, cycle times, ramp times)
and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Drive adoption of sales tools and technologies (CRM, CPQ, BI platforms) to streamline
workflows and enhance rep productivity.
Account Building & Strategic Support
• Support account planning initiatives by providing data, insights, and operational
frameworks to sales teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure alignment on account-
based strategies and expansion plays.
Qualifications
Required
• 5-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related
function supporting B2B sales teams.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end sales operations processes for the AMER
region or a similarly complex geography.
• Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and business intelligence
tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and
strategic recommendations.
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal) - this is a must, as you will
communicate daily with stakeholders across the Americas.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-
paced environment.
• Experience with commission management tools (Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff, or similar).
Preferred
• Experience working in a globally distributed team, especially supporting teams in North
America from a Latin American hub.
• Familiarity with CPQ tools, sales engagement platforms, and data enrichment solutions.
• Background in SaaS or technology industry sales operations.
• Experience with advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling and SQL for ad-hoc
analysis.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
What We Offer
• A high-impact, strategic role with visibility across the AMER sales organization.
• Opportunity to shape and scale sales operations processes from the ground up.
• Collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diverse perspectives.
• Competitive compensation and benefits package.
• Flexibility to work from a co-working space or hybrid environment in Colombia.
