CDR General Services is seeking an Bilingual Appointment Setter to join our team near Baton Rouge, LA 70806. The ideal candidate for this position will play a critical role in driving growth by generating interest, qualifying prospective clients, and scheduling meetings for the Sales team. This position focuses on proactive outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline management to support consistent sales activity and client acquisition.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume, strategic outbound phone calls to prospective clients to introduce company services and identify staffing needs.
  • Send daily outreach communications via email and text to generate interest and schedule meetings for Sales Representatives.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their labor needs, industry, and operational requirements.
  • Build and maintain lead lists using platforms such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
  • Conduct research on target companies to support effective outreach and meeting preparation.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Representatives.
  • Follow up consistently with interested prospects to maintain engagement and move them through the pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activity, leads, and interactions in CRM.
  • Track lead sources and outreach effectiveness to support continuous improvement of sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to align weekly priorities and goals.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
  • Performance Expectations (KPIs)
  • Daily outbound call and email activity (targets assigned by manager)
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support sales operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred but not required
  • 1+ year of experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage prospects by phone, email, and text
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and handling objections professionally
  • Ability to quickly understand and communicate company services and client staffing needs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools preferred (or ability to learn quickly) is a plus
  • Familiarity with companies sourcing platforms or similar tools is a plus
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and online research
