AVA Consulting is seeking a Bilingual Admin - Japanese Language

Location: Saline, MI

Company Background: Our client, a major employer in the area, is looking for a Bilingual Admin to be part of its team in its North American operations.

Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Monthly Development costs Reports (Manhours and Expense tracking). Including communication and coordination cross functionally
  • Executives Schedule Manage
  • Travel arrangements for team of <15 members
  • Translation jobs as necessary
  • Maintain small vehicle fleet <20 vehicles including scheduling with users and arrangement of routine maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong Japanese Language Fluency
  • MS Office (i.e. Excel Skills)
  • Ability to drive vehicles (e.g. to dealership, to gas station, etc.)
  • Self-Motivated
  • Strong Customer Service Capability
