Instead, you will be wrenching on bikes full time with some of the best mechanics in the country while helping to get more people on bikes every day!
At the Trek Performance factory, we build the customers' dream bikes that inspire adventure, freedom, and the sheer joy of the ride. In the role, you will have the opportunity to work on both Project One custom bikes and built-to-stock Trek bikes.
What you'll bring to the team:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience assembling a wide range of bikes-from kids' bikes to top-of-the-line mountain, road, and e-bikes.
  • A self-starter mentality with a passion for teamwork and a positive attitude that lifts up those around you.
  • A dedication to delivering awesome hospitality-listening, caring, and always being ready to help, no matter how busy the day gets.
  • An eye for detail and a love for finding solutions-whether it's troubleshooting or fine-tuning a bike until it's perfect.
  • A hunger to keep learning, growing your skills, and staying up to date on the latest technologies and service techniques.
  • Bike shop or bike assembly experience

Areas you'll own:
  • Completing the final assembly, tuning, and adjustment of a full spectrum of bikes.
  • Troubleshooting and updating e-bike systems and software.
  • Stepping in wherever needed to help us meet our goals and deliver outstanding service.

Your schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
