Position Overview

Key Responsibilities Installation & Field Service
  • Install fireplaces, stoves, and related products safely and efficiently.
  • Follow manufacturer installation specifications and industry safety guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
Customer Service & Education
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every installation.
  • Educate customers on product operation, safety, and maintenance.
  • Represent the company professionally while working in customers' homes.
  • Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and service.
Vehicle, Equipment & Documentation
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Manage daily job schedules and maintain timely project completion.
  • Accurately document installations, service work, and customer interactions.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards.
