• ATE setup and Testing using the tester:- Advantest 93k V93000 Advantest Verigy 93K 93000
• Experience with Smartest 8 preferred
• Execution and data collections for SOCs of packages
• Supports engineering activities such as testing, program and hardware checkout utilizing ATE and SLT systems
• Operating Thermostream for characterization
• Minor tweak of load board setup to make it functional for testing
• Calibration & maintenance of test equipment
• Characterization debug using CRO and multimeter.
Maintenance - Logistics, Storage, Tracking and maintenance of load boards, Test samples and various socket boards
Mandatory Skills: VLSI Board Design.
Experience: 3-5 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
