Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year in Los Angeles. We partner closely with local school districts to provide exceptional support to student populations.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Intervention Implementation (BII) staff.
  • Collaborate actively with teachers, specialized school staff, and parents to support student success.
  • Participate as an integral clinical voice in IEP meetings and student progress reviews.
