Early Childhood Education Behavior Interventionist (ECE BII) - Los Angeles, CA
$24 per hour | School-Based Roles

Make a lasting impact in the lives of ECE students as a Behavior Interventionist! At Cross Country Education, we offer Early Childhood Education Behavior Specialists both long-term and day-to-day placements in schools across Los Angeles, allowing you to choose assignments that fit your availability and goals. Whether you're looking for consistent work or more variety in your schedule, all roles follow the regular school-day hours.
What You'll Do:

  • Support students with behavioral and challenges 
  • Assist with behavior management in school setting
  • Implement ABA techniques and behavior support plans
  • Track daily data and share progress with staff
  • Support self-care needs, as needed
  • Perform related duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ Early Childhood Education units from an accredited college or university
  • Two years of experience working with children with special needs/challenging behaviors, including experience working with children with IEPs/IFSPs
  • Must have some behavior training
  • Must be able to successfully clear the TrustLine background process
  • Willing to assist with duties such as diapering/toileting, feeding, and various kitchen cleaning tasks
  • Dependable, punctual, reliable, ability to communicate effectively
