What are some common challenges bid managers face when coordinating cross-functional teams during the bidding process?

Bid Managers often encounter challenges such as aligning priorities among diverse stakeholders, managing tight deadlines, and ensuring clear communication across departments like sales, technical, legal, and finance. Successfully navigating these challenges requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to keep everyone focused on the bid objectives and timelines.
