We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer who is solutions-oriented, proactive, and thrives in ambiguity. This individual will not simply respond to requests but will lead initiatives, identify opportunities, and use data to unlock business growth. You will play a key role in maintaining data flow across systems, building scalable data models, and partnering across teams to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, with deep expertise in SQL, data pipelines, visualization tools, and cloud-based data architecture.

You Are:

You Will:

  • Take ownership of the Business Intelligence domain, surfacing insights, solving problems, and driving data-driven decisions

  • Partner with stakeholders in product, sales, and operations to ensure data quality, availability, and effective usage

  • Manipulate and transform large datasets using SQL and scripting languages to generate impactful business insights

  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize strategies

  • Apply data science fundamentals to build predictive models and trend analyses

  • Develop scalable data models, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Domo

  • Continuously improve data pipelines, infrastructure, and analytical capabilities

  • Mentor colleagues to enhance analytics capabilities and foster a data-driven culture

Who You Will Work With:

This role reports into Director of Performance Optimization Analytics of the and collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, and Data Engineering teams. You will also work closely with senior leadership to support key strategic initiatives.

Must Have’s:

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, Oracle, SQL Server)

  • Strong experience in ETL/ELT development and data pipeline management

  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Scala)

  • Strong foundation in data modeling, governance, and structuring datasets for long-term use

  • Expertise in data visualization and dashboarding (Domo preferred)

  • Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets)

  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities
     

Nice to Have’s:

  • Experience working with DOMO or Superset specifically

  • Understanding of cloud-based data architectures and security best practices

  • Experience creating and implementing data governance strategies

  • Background in data science or machine learning application

  • Familiarity with API integrations and automation techniques
