Job description:
We are currently looking for a Mental Health Technicians to join our team for a newly built mental health facility here in Worcester, MA. In this role you will be aiding the clinical and medical staff and listen to patients' concerns, observe their behavior, and record their condition.
Position: Mental Health Technician
Schedule: (4) 10-hour shifts
  • 1st Shift: 1pm-11pm
  • 2nd Shift: 11pm-9am
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support individuals with mental health ailments
  • Implement crisis intervention techniques when necessary
  • Conduct behavioral health assessments and apply behavior analysis strategies
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records if needed
Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Clean MVR and valid PA driver's license
  • Experience in a hospital, medical facility as a tech of at least 1 year
  • Ability to have boundaries with clients
  • Background check and drug screening is required for this position
