What You'll Do - A Day in the Life
Assist with claims tracking and incident reporting, including data entry, documentation, and file organization.
Support workplace safety efforts by maintaining records, helping coordinate training, and assisting with safety inspections.
Compile reports and spreadsheets related to claims, safety activities, and program tracking.
Provide administrative support to the Risk Manager and HR team, including onboarding coordination, records management, and special projects.

Qualifications required for consideration
A High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Coursework in Risk Management or Occupational Safety.
Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check and drug screenings.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

One (1) year of experience in Risk Management or Human Resources.
Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Risk Management (or related field).
Bring strong communication, organization, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm - Approximately 28 hours per week
WORK LOCATION: City of Branson, Missouri; City Hall. This is an in-office position requiring work to be performed onsite.
