Job description

Build Relationships. Win Business. Drive Growth.

BevCap Management, LLC, a Beyond Risk Management company, is a leader in Property & Casualty Insurance and Employee Benefits consulting, specializing in alternative risk transfer, proprietary insurance programs, and innovative risk management solutions.

We're seeking a highly driven VP, Business Development with strong relationships in the automotive dealership industry to continue growing our Auto Dealer Practice and build a profitable book of business. This is an opportunity to leverage an established network, work directly with dealership owners and executives, and deliver specialized solutions backed by a respected industry leader.

Unlike traditional brokerage roles, you'll have access to proprietary niche programs, industry endorsements, strong prospect intelligence, and a highly targeted market, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing business.

Located in downtown McKinney, TX, we offer a collaborative culture, workplace flexibility, and significant opportunities for career growth in a rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
  • Consult clients on risk management, insurance solutions, and cost containment strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed annual new business goals.
  • Manage and expand an existing book of business through retention and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Partner with account management, consulting, and employee benefits teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Advocate for clients with carrier underwriters to secure competitive solutions.
  • Maintain an active pipeline using Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Represent BevCap at industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Travel as needed to support business development and client relationships.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of successful commercial insurance sales experience.
  • Strong network and established relationships within the automotive dealership industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and risk management concepts.
  • Texas Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to perform independently.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation with significant earning potential.
  • Flexible remote work capability.
  • Fully paid employee health insurance.
  • Dental, vision, life, and family coverage options.
  • 401(k) with 4% company match.
  • Four weeks of PTO plus 9 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday.
  • A high-growth environment with strong leadership and advancement opportunities.
  • Industry-leading resources, proprietary programs, and dedicated service support to help you win and retain business.

If you're a relationship-driven producer with deep dealership industry connections and the desire to build something exceptional, we'd love to talk with you!
