Lead Shift Manager for the first Beyond Juicery in SW Florida
Lead Shift Manager Position Available!
Who are we searching for? Fun, enthusiastic people to grow with us! We are seeking an experienced and dependable Shift Manager, responsible for leading the team to success, ensuring food/drink consistency, and execution of brand excellence.
Compensation:
  • $15-Up to $20 per Hour plus share of the tips pool

Job Type:
Full-Time, must be available for 40 hours per week. This position offers incredible opportunities for personal and professional development!
Essential Skills and Abilities:
In order to effectively lead your staff, you must possess the following qualities:

  • Professionalism when interacting with Team Members and customers
  • Capable of assigning duties to team members
