HJ Staffing is seeking a Sr. QNXT Software Engineer with deep healthcare technology experience to support enterprise software development initiatives for a leading healthcare organization

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong architecture, integration, and development expertise, specifically within healthcare payer environments and QNXT platforms. You will play a key role in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting highly complex software solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Work Status & Location Requirements

  • Location: This is a Hybrid role. Candidates must currently reside in Arizona and be able to work onsite at one of the Arizona offices when needed.
  • System Prerequisite: Direct, hands-on QNXT platform experience is strictly required and must be clearly reflected on your resume.
What You Will Do
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise healthcare software solutions.
  • Lead software architecture, requirements gathering, technical design, and coding initiatives.
  • Develop and support integrations, APIs, connectors, and communication frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Support software verification, validation, testing, and certification activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing customer and operational support.
