The Role

As the Brand Partnerships Event Producer, you will lead the development and delivery of bespoke brand events and activations. You will take ownership of both complex, high-value projects and small-scale activations, working with a high degree of autonomy to ensure each brand experience is exceptional.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end production of bespoke branded events and activations from scoping to live delivery.
  • Oversee event budgets and P&Ls, including forecasting, cost control, and reconciliation.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with venues, suppliers, talent, and production partners.
  • Collaborate with Project Management to ensure timelines and client expectations are met globally.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure all events comply with health, safety, and legal requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable production processes and global standards for delivery.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorms by offering production-led solutions that balance creativity and budget.

Who You Are: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in event or experiential production within a creative or agency environment.
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-market events and large-scale activations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and supplier negotiations.
  • Confident communicator comfortable presenting and advising internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized self-starter capable of navigating fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
  • Fluency in English is essential for this position.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Slides and Sheets for creating production templates and reports.
