Program Manager
**Future Opportunity**

CSEngineering is seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team. This role will provide program and project management support for construction and infrastructure initiatives in a government environment, with responsibility spanning planning, design coordination, execution support, reporting, and closeout activities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the full lifecycle of construction and facility-related projects from planning through closeout, including coordination of requirements, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support development of project planning packages, work task requests, Statements of Work, Independent Government Estimates, and related acquisition or project documentation.
  • Coordinate design reviews, technical evaluations, construction oversight activities, and responses to project questions or information requests.
  • Monitor project progress, contractor performance, modifications, and reporting requirements to help keep projects aligned with schedule and contract expectations.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status updates and assist with closeout documentation, including as-built records, warranty items, and O&M materials.
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable federal requirements, construction standards, and agency guidance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a Tier 1 Background Investigation and Common Access Card
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering management, project management, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of design, construction management, or federal project management experience.
  • Strong experience supporting construction planning, programming, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English; resumes for proposed personnel must demonstrate English fluency.
  • PMP, CAPM, AutoCAD Certified Associate (ACA), or E4Clicks Introductory course certification are identified as desired qualifications for the role.
  • Professional Engineer or Architect licensure is preferred.
  • Experience supporting federal construction efforts involving planning, technical coordination, and documentation packages is highly valued.
