What is benefit solutions?

Benefit Solutions refer to the range of products and services offered by companies to help employers design, manage, and administer employee benefit programs. These solutions typically include health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks aimed at attracting and retaining employees. Job description

Growing Benefits leader, Fringe Benefit Plans, seeks Top 1% Benefits Producer:

Are you a top employee benefits sales producer driven to take your professional game to the next level? Are you eager to help Florida’s finest businesses with custom designed solutions vs. selling generic insurance products? Are you ready to assume a prominent role, accountable for aggressive growth while helping clients becoming more successful? If your sales philosophy is grounded in building relationships and #givingfirst this might be the role for you.

Fringe Benefit Plans guides employers with customized insurance benefit solutions that include recruiting, retaining, and rewarding their workforces.
