Qualifications for the Benefits Director
  • 10+ years of HR and/or benefits administration experience required for the Benefits Director.
  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits, leave administration, and applicable employment laws essential for the Benefits Director.
  • Experience managing health, welfare, retirement, and disability programs required for the Benefits Director.
  • HRIS experience required; Workday experience preferred for the Benefits Director.
  • Associate degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience) for the Benefits Director.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred for the Benefits Director.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred for the Benefits Director.
