The Director role at Chick-fil-A Centerville Hwy will report directly to the Executive Leadership team and Owner/Operator and sit on a team of other Directors. Each Director will have full responsibility of their respective area of the business including - but not limited to - growing top line revenue, managing food and labor costs, upholding operational excellence, achieving monthly guests satisfaction and profitability goals, and stewarding leadership development amongst the team. The ideal candidate will have high level leadership experience, a tenacious desire to continuously improve, and a variety of experiences with operations, budget management, and sales.
