Aruna Resort & Villas is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, owner accounting, HOA administration, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, compliance, and financial analysis for the resort. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, maintaining strong internal controls, supporting operational decision-making, and delivering exceptional service to owners, guests, and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
• Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and financial compliance for the resort.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll review, cash management, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes.
• Maintain accounting procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
• Coordinate audits, tax reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Monitor departmental expenses and support cost-control initiatives throughout the property.
• Provide financial analysis and operational insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and distribute quarterly owner statements, including revenue, expenses, commissions, and distributions.
• Maintain owner accounting records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
• Manage HOA accounting, financial reporting, fee collection, and account reconciliations.

  • Physical Requirements (In-Office Role)
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. (6-8 hours a day)
