What are behavioral techs?

They implement treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients develop positive behaviors and acquire new skills. Behavioral techs use techniques based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and often work in schools, clinics, or clients’ homes. Their tasks include one-on-one therapy sessions, data collection, and supporting clients in achieving their individualized goals.
