Now Hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for First, Second, and Weekend Shift in our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility in South Bend, IN.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
  • Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
  • Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
  • Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
  • Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
  • If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
  • Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
