Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Treatment Teams: Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Technicians, and family members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Implement Behavior Interventions: Utilize ABA principles and strategies to increase desired behaviors, reduce problem behaviors, and promote social and communication skills.
• Collect and Record Data: Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions.
• Maintain a Safe and Organized Environment: Ensure a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment for clients, families, and staff.
