Behavior Tech - Boston, MA
Job Summary:
New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Tech to join our team of dedicated professionals providing compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy in Boston, MA. As a Behavior Tech at New Patterns ABA - MA, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to empower individuals with autism to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on skill acquisition, skill maintenance, and skill generalization
• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions, including data collection and feedback to clients and their families
• Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to promote skill development and behavior reduction
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, including data collection and reporting
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans and goals

Requirements:
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education) preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidential and professional relationships with clients and families
