Classified Vacancy for the 2026-2027 School Year:
Job Title: Behavior Technician
Location: Mt. Pleasant Elementary
Qualifications for above position:
1. Holds or is eligible to obtain full ODE licensure and/or an Ohio aide permit
2. Has completed a minimum of one year of successful experience in working directly with children with autism and related developmental disabilities in a home, school, or clinical setting
3. High School Diploma required. Any college coursework in behavioral sciences, psychology, special education, human development, or a related field preferred
4. Possesses experience in providing skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols
5. Successful completion of BCI/FBI background checks
6. Possesses a valid Ohio driver's license
