What You'll Do (Clinical + Leadership Impact)
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training

  • Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal)
