The Work

You will help clients reinvent how their organizationsoperatein an AI-enabled, data-informedworldwherework is digital bydefault,change is continuous, and people work alongside advanced tools to deliver outcomes at speed and scale.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support clients through large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, andhuman-centeredexperiencesin environments shaped by data, automation, and Generative AI

  • Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change in contexts where ways of working, roles, and skills are evolving rapidly alongside advances in technology andAI

  • Partner with clients todefine and enablehow GenAI is used across the organization, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and responsible use while reinforcing clear human accountability and governance.

  • Use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, track adoption and behavior change, and inform decisions and course correction.

  • Design agile, future-ready change strategies that enable new ways of working,including operating modelswherehumans and digital tools work togetherseamlessly.

  • Applyhuman-centered design principles to co-create change solutionsand personalized change journeysthat can be scaled through digital and AI-enabled approachesUse Generative AI thoughtfully to accelerate change delivery,such as developing, testing, and tailoringengagement content, learning assets, and manager enablement,whileremainingaccountable for quality, tone, and impact

  • Help clients build lasting, scalable change capabilities so they can continuously adapt astechnologies, business models andways of working evolve.

  • Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals, storytelling, and building trusted client relationships.

Here's What You Need

  • Minimum of 5 years' Organization Change Management experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a consulting practitioner.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred)

  • Minimum of 1 year ofChemicals & Natural Resources industry experience

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Applied experienceusingGenerative AI(GenAI) todeliver organizationalchange work, including:

    • UsingGenAI-supported analytics and insights to understand workforce dynamics, readiness, adoption,sentiment,and behavior change

  • A demonstrated commitment to staying current on the capabilities, limitations, risks, and governance of emerging technologies-and translating them into practical, ethical, and sustainable ways of working for clients.
