As a Behavior Analyst at Glenkirk, you will play a key role in assessing, analyzing, and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Utilizing your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of life for clients. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assessments of Functional Living Skills (AFLS):
    • Conduct thorough FBAs to identify the function of challenging behaviors.
    • Analyze and interpret assessment data to inform the development of effective behavior intervention plans.
  2. Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs):
    • Develop and implement individualized BIPs based on assessment findings.
    • Collaborate with clients, families, and support teams to ensure the successful implementation of behavior support strategies.
