To thrive as a Behavior Analyst, you need expertise in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis, typically supported by a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) software, data collection tools, and relevant legal/ethical guidelines is also important. Being open to feedback and adapting plans based on team input are important skills for success in this role.
