Requirements

We’re seeking a Medical Director who is passionate about compassionate care and ready to lead. This role balances hands‑on clinical work with leadership, mentorship, and collaboration.

  • Lead and mentor associate veterinarians
  • Balance patient care with management and operational oversight
  • Partner closely with the Practice Manager to support strong business practices
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and high professional standards
  • Collaborate with Blue River Pet Care on administrative, capital, and HR matters
Ideal Candidate
  • DVM/VMD licensed in Utah (or eligible)
  • DEA license in good standing
  • 5+ years of clinical experience
  • Confident leader with a passion for teaching and mentorship
