Medical Assistant - Body+Beauty Lab (West Palm Beach, FL)

About Us:
Body+Beauty Lab is a modern aesthetic practice delivering high-quality, results-driven care in a refined clinical environment offering advanced aesthetic injectables and procedures. Spearheaded by Dr. Hamadiya, a full facial balancing and regenerative aesthetics expert and board-certified physician, we're excited to partner with top talent who share our commitment to excellence.

Schedule & Details:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Tuesday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Clinical Support

  • Escort patients to treatment rooms and prepare them for appointments
  • Room set-up and turnover between services
  • Accurately chart patient visits and maintain EMR records
  • Assist providers during aesthetic procedures (injectables, laser, skin treatments, etc.)
  • Call in prescriptions to pharmacies as directed by providers

Patient Experience & Admin

  • Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint
  • Cross-train and support front desk operations: scheduling, check-in/check-out, answering phones
  • Handle general administrative tasks (inventory, supply restocking, basic office support)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment


Qualifications:

  • Medical Assistant certification/diploma OR equivalent experience in a clinical setting
  • Prior experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, client-facing setting
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable, discreet, and team-oriented
