JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Regional Field Sales Executive at COSMEDIX, you will play a vital role in creating, building, and maintaining strong relationships with our partners to drive revenue and grow the brand. You will be responsible for accelerating sales, promoting our products, and representing our brand in the field. The Regional Field Executive must have a polished and professional presence, possess industry and brand knowledge, and offer strategic and thoughtful business building strategies.
The ideal candidate shines in a dynamic environment, has a strong sense of initiative, and demonstrates clear and effective communication. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and results-driven professional to make a significant impact on the growth of COSMEDIX. More than a traditional sales role, the Regional Field Executive serves as a business-building partner to our professional community helping accounts identify growth opportunities, strengthen product and treatment knowledge, and bring the COSMEDIX experience to life for their clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Territory Growth & Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and sales efforts, including cold-calling, product demonstrations, and product knowledge presentations to open and close new and existing business.
Sales Prospecting & Market Analysis: Identify potential customers through market research and competitive analysis and manage your assigned territory with an eye on efficiency, execution, and growth.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and brand and stay up to date on our product offerings to be able to provide detailed information, benefits, and solutions to potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
