Beach Club Bar Manager 
Job Description
  • Maintains inventory.
  • Weekly and monthly inventory must be turned into Aurora the next day.
  • Orders product weekly sends to Aurora the Costco, IFS, Sysco by Tuesday at 4:00PM
  • Responsible for checking and putting away orders
  • Responsible for ensuring all orders made from a satellite location reach their destination.
  • Creates drink and food menus.
  • Determines employee schedules and submits them to management on Sundays.
  • Ensures the bar is well-stocked and clean.
  • Ensures bar equipment is sanitized and clean daily.
  • Collects server reports and cash sales and turns them in daily to the café manager.
  • Collects drink tickets against server reports any discrepancies to upper management immediately
  • Maintains the budget and monitors labor costs.
  • Maintains drink recipe documentation.
  • Makes sure walkie talkies are used at every operation day
  • Oversees planning for special events.
  • Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.
  • Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies.
  • Oversees staff, including bartenders and barbacks, and, in some cases, bouncers, wait staff, and/or kitchen staff.
  • Hires and trains staff.
  • You will be required to be present with upper management when staff is disciplined or fired.
  • Initiates and maintains vendor relationships.
  • Uses point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms. 
  • Responsible for reporting any damage to the POS.
  • Responsible for communicating any menu changes or additions to the corporate office in a timely manner so they can be added or changed in the POS.
  • There must be no uncategorized transactions on the POS.  If an uncategorized transaction occurs, you must communicate an explanation to the corporate office by the next business day.
  • Not authorized to give any liquor bottle to anyone WITHOUT authorization from upper management.
  • Any comped items must be accounted for at the time of transaction.
  • Required to implement a process to reduce and monitor theft.
