Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of Baby Turtle Beach Club & Restaurant, including beach and pool service areas
  • Lead and support front-of-house team members in delivering elevated luxury hospitality experiences
  • Ensure proper setup, cleanliness, organization, and presentation of cabanas, loungers, umbrellas, and restaurant spaces
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve service concerns
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and daily team supervision
  • Support food and beverage operations, beach amenities, and cabana experiences
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and company service standards
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and positive work environment
Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant, beach club, resort, or hotel supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor luxury resort environment
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Food & beverage experience preferred
  • Marriott or lifestyle resort experience is a plus
