Job description

BEACH CLUB MANAGER
Luxury Beach Club โ€ข Caribbean โ€ข Competitive Package
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a Beach Club Manager for a new luxury beach club opening in the Caribbean. This is a pre-opening opportunity for a dynamic, guest-obsessed hospitality professional to shape and lead a vibrant beach club concept from day one. The role combines restaurant and outlet management with a strong focus on entertainment programming, guest experience, and atmosphere creation - think South of France, Ibiza, Mykonos, and St. Tropez, transported to the Caribbean.
This is not a desk role. Energy, personality, adaptability, and the stamina to lead on the ground every single day are as important as operational experience. We are looking for someone who can build a program, inspire a team, and make every guest feel like the day was designed just for them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead all beach club operations including the oceanfront restaurant, bar, pool, and beach areas
  • Build and own the entertainment program in collaboration with the Entertainment Manager, including DJs, flair bartenders, live acts, and activations
  • Make final decisions on entertainment bookings and programming direction, ensuring every event fits the concept and guest experience
  • Drive a guest-first culture across the team, creating memorable, instinctive, and personalised experiences
  • Manage day-to-day outlet operations with a hands-on presence on the floor throughout service
  • Recruit, inspire, and develop a team that reflects the energy and standard of the club
  • Oversee F&B; revenue, cost control, scheduling, and reporting
  • Collaborate with the Director of Restaurants and Bars on commercial strategy and performance
  • Ensure the physical environment - outdoor, coastal, exposed, is always immaculate and guest-ready

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Experience managing a beach club, seaside restaurant, or outdoor lifestyle venue is strongly preferred - Ibiza, Mykonos, St. Tropez, South of France, or similar seasonal destination backgrounds are highly attractive
  • Caribbean, island, or beach environment experience is a significant advantage
  • Strong outlet or restaurant management background - this is a restaurant at its core
  • A genuine passion for entertainment, atmosphere, and programming
  • The energy, stamina, and physical resilience to lead in an outdoor, coastal environment
  • A magnetic personality with the ability to connect with guests, inspire seasoned team members, and energize the room
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable in a fast-moving, pre-opening environment

WHAT'S OFFERED
  • Competitive salary package
  • Housing provided
  • Car allowance
  • Performance bonus
  • Annual flights provided
  • 10-month operating season with annual leave encouraged during the resort's closure period
