    Antwerpen Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and professionalย In-House BDC Represenativeย to support ourย Service Department. This position focuses on outbound and inbound customer calls to schedule service appointments, follow up with existing customers, and help drive service retention.
    This is anย on-site position at Antwerpen Chevroletย and is ideal for someone with prior dealership or service BDC experience who is looking for flexible, part-time work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule service appointments
    • Answer inbound calls related to service scheduling and follow-ups
    • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
    • Accurately update customer information and notes in the CRM
    • Maintain a professional, customer-focused phone presence
    • Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals
    Preferred Qualifications
