Tooele Motor Company is growing and looking for a motivated, customer-focused Business Development Coordinator (BDC Representative) to join our team. The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, managing inbound leads, scheduling appointments, and helping drive business growth through outstanding customer communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

No automotive experience is required. Candidates with experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, call centers, appointment setting, or business development are encouraged to apply.   • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and online inquiries
  • Schedule sales and service appointments for prospective and existing customers
  • Follow up with customers through phone, email, text, and live chat communications

  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and appointment-setting activities
