INTERNET SALES CONSULTANT/BDC

Internet Sales Consultants/BDC are responsible for responding to all internet leads with personalized calls, texts and emails reflecting the specific interests of the customer. Internet Sales Consultants/BDC are responsible for scheduling appointments, continue ongoing follow up for existing leads who have not yet made a car purchase and work closely with the Sales Consultants and Management Team to be sure that customers have professional and accurate follow up. High daily phone call volume and attention to detail is required

Internet Sales Consultants/BDC will take incoming sales calls and assist customers by answering questions, scheduling appointments and/or directing the customer to the proper person/department.

INTERNET SALES/BDC JOB DUTIES:

  • Communicate effectively with internet customers according to their preferred method of communication (phone, text, email or in person)
  • Manage Internet customers daily with ongoing follow up keeping customers informed of special events, availability, special offers, etc.
  • Continue to schedule appointments for customers who have not yet visited the showroom.ย 
  • Maintain notes in Higher Gear (CRM) for accurate record keeping
  • Ongoing product knowledge development
