Job description

Skillful Steps ABA is looking for a compassionate and values-driven remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who brings high energy to their work and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, families, and staff.

At Skillful Steps ABA, we foster a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes growth, flexibility, and opportunity for clinicians who want to make a real impact in the field of ABA.

About Skillful Steps ABA

Skillful Steps ABA was founded on mission-driven values created by BCBAs for BCBAs.

We deeply value an assent-based, modern, trauma-informed, child-led, and naturalistic teaching approach where both our employees and families are treated as partners in care rather than just billable numbers.

We recognize the burnout culture prevalent in the ABA field and are committed to creating meaningful change for both the families we serve and the clinicians who serve them.

Our clinical team is guided by leadership that prioritizes affirming services, ethical care, and progressive clinical practices, and we stand firmly behind our values.
