Job Summary:

At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a BCBA - In-Person Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a licensed and experienced BCBA to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with autism.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum, utilizing evidence-based treatment plans and protocols

  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including behavioral assessments, functional analysis, and skill acquisition strategies
