What We're About
We specialize in personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families to create treatment plans that truly fit each child.
Your Role
As a BCBA at Illuminate, you'll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.

What You'll Do
  • Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans

What You Bring
Required:
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
  • BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills

Preferred:
  • 2+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience developing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
  • Previous work as a Behavior Technician or Case Supervisor

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to frequently transition between floor and standing positions throughout the workday.
  • Ability to actively engage with children and move quickly within home, clinic, school, and community settings to ensure client safety and provide effective support.
  • Ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviors and implement behavior intervention strategies.
  • Ability to lift, move, or assist children and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, as required by assigned cases, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to use a computer, smartphone, tablet, or other electronic devices for documentation, communication, and data collection.
  • Ability to travel between client locations and perform the essential functions of the position in various environments.
